Full Cottage
The cottage can be rented as a whole which will include all four bedrooms at a cost of INR 24,000 per night plus taxes.
(4 bedrooms / bathrooms plus living room, dining and kitchen)

Half Cottage
It may also be rented as half the cottage which will include two bedrooms at a cost of INR 12,000 per night plus taxes.
(2 bedrooms / bathrooms plus, living room, dining and kitchen)

Extra Bed
Each bedroom can accommodate a maximum of ONE extra guest at an additional cost of INR 800 per night.

Booking
100% advance on booking - can be paid by Demand Draft (in favor of Hotel Sunny View), Cheque or Cash after confirming the room availability.

Cancellation
50% refund within 15 Days. Later than that no refund on Cancellation.
